Felisians are one of the cutest sentient race in the galaxy. They average at only 2 and a half feet tall. Combined with long fur, large eyes, and high pitched voices, they're usually mistaken for children. They're also often thought of as being unable to comprehend high tech since they live in almost a feudal era. This isn't the case though. They have very high tech, they just don't use most of it because they love to work! Every Felisian has a ring built with nanotech that gives them limited ability to manipulate gravity. This is quite handy since they are physically very weak. The ring also acts like a telephone and data storage unit. Also they have advanced medicine that can cure most known illnesses. They don't have any weapons tech though since they've never had a war.

Strangely they know about other races in the galaxy, and most other races know about them. However they have never been officially contacted and the Felisians usually don't go into space at all. Still, it's not uncommon to see a Felisian places other than their home planet. This is because many are abducted from their home planet and taken as slaves. Strangely, as long as they aren't mistreated, they don't mind it at all.


My notes: The first Klonoa game was what actually inspired me to make this cute race! I so want to RP one sometime! >^.^<
